Order Processing & Custom Engraving Time
Every CherishLume keepsake is custom-crafted to order. Once your order is placed, our studio artists prepare your 3D photo model and laser-engrave your crystal:
- Crafting & Quality Inspection: 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday).
Estimated Shipping & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide with full door-to-door tracking and protective cushioned packaging:
- France & European Union: 4 – 7 business days after dispatch.
- United States & Canada: 5 – 8 business days after dispatch.
- United Kingdom, Australia & International: 6 – 10 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Tracked Shipping: Calculated at checkout (Free shipping on qualifying orders).
- Priority Insured Shipping: Available at checkout for expedited handling and transit protection.
Order Tracking
As soon as your memorial tribute leaves our studio, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package's journey on our Track Order page.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed beyond 15 business days or marked lost by the carrier, please contact us at support@cherishlume.com and we will immediately dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund.
